- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within United States. This offer may be subject to change based on promotions and shipping policies.

- All orders are processed within 10 business days of placing your order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- If any items are out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified promptly, and alternative solutions will be offered (e.g., backorder, product replacement, or refund).

- It is important to ensure that you enter the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Star Confetti Shop is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming the purchase.

- Star Confetti Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been delivered to the specified address. However, we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
